Data Processing Agreement · Article 28 GDPR — Version 1.0, 1 May 2026

1. Parties and scope

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Terms between A. DEMS LTD, operating VesyGo, and the professional salon or business using VesyGo. It applies where VesyGo processes personal data on behalf of the professional in relation to end-client bookings.

2. Roles

The professional is the controller for client booking data. VesyGo acts as processor for such data and as independent controller for its own account, billing, security and platform administration data.

3. Processing instructions

VesyGo processes personal data only on documented instructions from the controller, including through platform configuration, booking workflows and support requests, unless Union or Member State law requires otherwise.

4. Subject matter, duration and categories

Processing covers hosting, display, management and notification of online bookings and related salon operations for the duration of the customer's use of VesyGo and any legally required retention period.

Data may include client names, contact details, booking details, staff assignment, service history, notes entered by the salon and technical logs.

5. Confidentiality and security

VesyGo ensures that persons authorised to process personal data are bound by confidentiality and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures under Article 32 GDPR.

6. Sub-processors

The controller authorises VesyGo to use sub-processors listed at /sub-processors. VesyGo remains responsible for sub-processor performance and will ensure equivalent data-protection obligations.

7. Assistance to the controller

VesyGo assists the controller, taking into account the nature of processing, with data subject requests, security obligations, breach notifications, DPIAs and consultations with supervisory authorities where applicable.

8. Personal data breach

VesyGo will notify the controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting processor data and will provide available information required under GDPR.

9. Return or deletion

At the end of the service, VesyGo will delete or return personal data processed on behalf of the controller, unless retention is required by Union or Member State law.

10. Audits

VesyGo will make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with Article 28 GDPR. Audits must be reasonable, proportionate, confidential and subject to prior written notice.

11. Document hierarchy

In case of conflict concerning processing of personal data, this DPA prevails over the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
