Regulamin
Ostatnia aktualizacja: 5 kwietnia 2026
- Plan Free: bezpłatny, bez zobowiązań i bez karty płatniczej.

On any other question (commercial, contractual, intellectual property), these Terms prevail.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus (place of establishment of A. DEMS LTD) and by applicable European Union law, in particular the GDPR.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
Specific case of data-processing disputes: in accordance with the DPA and the GDPR, disputes concerning the processing of personal data may also be brought before the courts of the place of establishment of the Professional acting as controller (competent supervisory authority — the Belgian DPA for salons established in Belgium). This remedy is in addition to Cypriot jurisdiction and does not replace it.
For disputes between a Professional and VesyGo not exceeding the thresholds set by European regulations, the Professional may also use the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
14. General provisions
- If any clause of these Terms is held to be void, the remaining clauses remain in force
